We still have agencies available in the North Island and are currently looking for new agents to cover the South Island from 1 October 09.

As the NZ Importer and Master Dealer, we support our agents with:

  • Annual Training Workshops, covering aspects such as installation, Australian/NZ Standards, administration, accounting, customer service, sales techniques, marketing, promotions and events.
  • Narellan Operations Manuals are an extremely detailed set of standards, instructions and guidelines on how to run a franchise from the moment you pick up the phone, through selling, installing and after sales service. This is the most complex guide of its kind in the industry and it is a training and reference tool for agents, which also ensures consistency and quality control across the group.
  • Freephone number and website will ensure you get the leads for your designated territory, which saves time and resources in calling and neighbourhood door-knocks!
  • National Marketing Campaigns are creatively designed and implemented for TV, newspaper, internet, Yellow Pages and magazines with further assistance for agents with local area marketing opportunities.
  • National Transport Agreement ensuring the safe delivery of our product to our customers.
  • Annual Conferences held in different venues overseas is also organized with great detail to ensure that our agents are recognized for their achievements over the year and experiences are shared over the 5 days leaving everyone involved with feelings of elation and accomplishment.
  • National Supply Agreement is in place with nominated suppliers to ensure that our agents get the best possible pricing on pool care equipment and back up service and we are constantly updated with the latest technology. These suppliers also offer extended warranties, which are exclusive to Narellan Pools customers.
